As a New York-based interior design firm, we find it necessary to consider a multi-dimensional design process. We pay attention to the finer details that will consider aethetics as well as the mind, body and spirit to create a home that will nudge your family towards a flourishing lifestyle.
We start by meeting with you and your family to discuss your design ideas, lifestyle, mental and emo- tional needs, and goals for your home. We then dive deeper into schematic design, returning with mood boards, a general concept, and some floor plan options.This provides a great starting point to fine-tune the direction of design.
After that, we move into the design phase where we come up with a home design presentation that includes 3D renderings and final materials.This helps our clients figure out exactly what the final space will look like. Once the design has been approved, we then begin production and prepare for installation.
Unlike other residential interior design agencies that incorporate many expensive and time-consuming review processes, our unique and direct approach saves time and money for our clients and allows us to arrive at the perfect design concept in the shortest amount of time.
We place priority on sticking to budgets and timelines, so we approach this in the following effective ways:
Should construction be needed, we collect bids from three architects and/or construction firms to provide the best services at the best cost to our client. A local project manager will oversee all construction from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
We highly value truth and transparency, so we always provide honest and realistic budget estimates and timelines. We prefer to estimate all construction costs up front, rather than underbid and then bill for additions later. We also believe in delivering finished spaces efficiently and on time, rather than making impossible commitments that get pushed back repeatedly.
