WHAT IS OUR COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS?

As a New York-based commercial interior design firm, we see the importance of differentiating your brand in ways that will help you stand apart from the competition.

We start with a meeting with your team to discuss ideas, needs and goals for the space, taking the necessary time to fully understand your organization. We then go into schematic design and come back with mood boards, a general concept and some floor plan options. This provides a great foundation to fine-tune the direction and design.

After the schematic meeting, we move into the design phase. We’ll come back to you with a full design presentation that includes 3D renderings and final materials. This will help you see exactly what the space will look like. Once approved, we’ll begin production and prepare for installation.

HOW DO WE APPROACH BUDGETS AND TIMELINES FOR COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN?

If construction is necessary, we collect bids from three architects and/or construction firms to provide the best services at the best cost to our clients. We also have a local project manager who oversees all construction, from start to finish. This ensures that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

At our firm, we believe that truth and transparency are important values.That’s why we provide honest and realistic budget estimates and timelines. We would rather estimate all costs up front than underbid and bill additions later. We’re also commited to delivering finished spaces efficiently and on time, rather than making impossible commitments that get pushed back repeatedly.
